Okay i am a bit of a coffee snob, I was a barista for a while and have a high standard for coffee flavor. I drink it as it comes and sometimes i add milk. I am telling you this place exceeded every expectation of a coffee shop! The only downside was they didn't have breakfast because they were understaffed, but we got a devine cinnamon roll, it was so delicious. Ambiance is very relaxing and cozy and serbice is great! Definitely coming back! Thank you for all your great work! P.S. My ratings are based on whether I believe I could make a better or healthier version at home. If food/drinks/service impress me, I'll be happy to come back. If not the stars reflect that.

Great place to get a sweet treat & great coffee. Would recommend the Randal Palmer and French toast latte (special item)

Well I do photography and well today wasn't the best day, I did get some coffee, I love their coffee but you can tell the girls don't care whatsoever for the customer. Makes it dull to want to come in. Sad really. I'll tell you what, it's just that one walk in. This can be incredibly opinionated, as a review. I'm just getting over a recovery from stroke/ seizure, after talking with manager, Simple just All over it and listened to everything and understood and Well they always take care of their customers. It's better said the more you go there, it's easier to understand the atmosphere and beautiful service from the manager. Maybe it was a bad day, maybe my energy didn't belong It's hard when your life goes and hits every wall being able to get coffee it's pure joy and bliss. I will always be able to count on the Top Tear Customer service from the Manager Thank you

The best cup of coffee and espresso I had in a half dozen stops in Phoenix, recently. A well kept space with a welcoming personality. Plenty of seating inside and out, and a free parking lot in the back of the building. Keep an eye out for the sign, so you don't turn early or late. The baristas were knowledgeable. The crowd on a Saturday felt like mostly regulars.

Honestly the best cafe in town. I am fortunate to be able to work hybrid (about 50% remotely) and so I've made the rounds. Xanadu is the only place that offers 1) accessible, free parking, 2) excellent food with vegan, veggie, and other options, 3) sweets and pastries and 4) as many have said outstanding, reliable coffee. I started buying their beans exclusively. Oh and 5) the staff are always kind, they remember my order, and they give glasses instead of plastic when dining in. And 6) the vibes are always positive and welcoming, not condescending or rude like some other places can be. No other cafe in the Valley has all of these in one! A great place for meetings or solo work.

Well thank you Xanadu Coffee Co.! Today my friend and I had a great experience here! We were greeted quickly and with such welcoming energy! They were fun, funny and they provided great customer service! I loved their Americano and I did taste their everything cream cheese roll which was so delicious! My friend had their cream cheese roll while I had their cinnamon roll, also delicious. I even saw where they roast their own beans! I loved the inside feel and look to their cafe and appreciated that they had water readily available. Parking is located in the back with the entrance and exits for vehicles separated from one another, making it easy to come and go. I will be back for sure!

I went there for my first time today and it was an incredible experience! The barista was so friendly and charismatic, I'm sad I forgot to get their name, but such an amazing human! And my chai with lavender and rose was DELIGHTFUL! Made with lots of love and care
